The manor house with its guest house is located in the small and very quiet village of Swantow, on the old country road between Altefähr and Zudar in sunny, flat-wave southern Rügen.
The very bright, exclusively furnished apartment for 2 - 3 people is located on the 1st Floor of the guest house next to the main building and has its own entrance with hall and cloakroom.
A staircase leads to the entrance to the living room with an open fireplace, sofa bed etc., the dining area and the open kitchen. The bedroom has space for 2 people.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a large shower.
The toilet is located separately next to the upper entrance.
On the 16 sqm terrace with table and various garden armchairs you have from noon until sunset
the sunny side and an enchanting view of the park-like garden and over wide fields and meadows.
All the necessary devices and utensils are available such as TV, radio, safe, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of dishes and cutlery.
On the ground floor next to the hallway, a door leads into the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
