About this apartment rental
Corsanico. 85 m² apartment on the ground floor of a single house in a very quiet area, 100 meters from the town center where you can find shops, church, post office, pharmacy, bar, restaurant, etc.
It is suitable for families of 4/5 people but can accommodate up to 7 people by adding a bed for each room and one in the living room.
From the terrace on the front of the house, where you can sit at the table and enjoy a good glass of wine while admiring the view, you enter the apartment: in the entrance room there are 2 large double bedrooms on the left (where on request another bed can be added) with a view of the entrance terrace and the side garden respectively, to the right is the living room with a single sofa bed, 2 armchairs, TV and a dining area; and the kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace. From here you enter the kitchenette and then the back garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, a 4-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster, a scale, plates, glasses, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
The main bathroom, just renovated, has a shower with box, sink, bidet and toilet, from the garden you enter the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is furnished in classic style in a functional and comfortable way and is equipped with an alarm system, mosquito nets, internet LAN connection, Wi-Fi and the main appliances.
In the back garden, immersed in the green of the centuries-old olive trees that extend over an area of about 1000 square meters, you can spend hours relaxing or dining under the stars. The garden is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol, built-in barbecue and night lighting. Among the various ornamental plants found in the garden, you can find the typical aromatic herbs used in Tuscan cuisine that are available to guests. Nearby you can buy directly from farmers, vegetables and fruit from both traditional and organic farming, fresh chicken eggs, pecorino cheese and locally produced typical salami. In the port of Viareggio which is about 12 km away, you can buy fresh fish caught in the sea in front.
Every day we have a weekly market in various locations in our area.
For shopping you can go to Viareggio or to the elegant Forte dei Marmi.
The extra virgin olive oil certainly remains the most characteristic product of the territory and can be found directly in the area.
Available to the guest: beach equipment (beach umbrella, beach towels, mats, fridge bag), soap / shampoo, hair dryer, alarm clocks and fans.
The apartment is available for new years only for families.

Carla hat und sehr nett empfangen, die Wohnung ist für 4 Moann ausreichend groß, der Garten wunderschön, jedoch kommen bei Dämmerung sehr viele Mücken.
das Mobilar ist schon etwas älter, und deutsches TV gibt es nicht , hat usnaber auch nicht gefehlt. (WLAN ist vorhanden) Der Ort ist typisch italienisch, mit einen kleinen Minimarkt und einen tollen Restaurante. Danke für die schöne Zeit
