If there is a pet or pets: $250 per pet fee , pictures, name, breed, color and vet record of shots. Cats may be exempt for shots - inquire. Read rules and regs for breed restrictions
Auto info: if your driving here: make/model-color -year. Tag number and state. Copy of registration. If renting an auto, to register vehicle provide info at on site Mgmt office.

Once I have the information I will prepare the forms for our office as well as for the association. These forms are: reservation form, an ASSOC addendum, rules and regs, contact info sheet, pet forms where applicable.
Once you receive your reservation filled out for direct reservations: you will Send ASAP a DEPOSIT of 50% if directly through us to hold the unit, Full payment if less than 90 days to occupancy.
Everyone: Send The Association check $100 made out to Waterside at coquina key association. You should write the check made out to the association with unit number in the memo section.

For Waterside South your passport is good instead of the back ground check,
That is about it, the form explains the dates and funds due( if not paid thru VRBO. )
