This delightful hut rests in Wales and can sleep four people in one bedroom and a sofa bed.
Hillside View is a spectacular shepherd's hut sitting on the outskirts of Rhayader in Wales. Within the all-ground-floor hut there is one double bedroom as well as a sofa bed which converts into adult bunks, accompanied by a shower room, making the property suitable to sleep two people. The property also hosts an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is an enclosed lawn and patio with a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Hillside View is the perfect retreat for couple's or a small family seeking to discover the countryside of Wales.
Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and 2 ring hob,fridge with ice compartment, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawn and patio with hot tub. Two well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 1.7 miles. Note: Four steps up to property. Note: Bunk bed, turns into main sofa area in sitting room. Note: Hot tub is cleaned on changeover and can take up to 12 hours to be back to optimal temperature. Note: Check in is 4pm. Note:This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250. Note: Hillside View can only accept bookings that start on a Friday for 3 nights, or Monday for 4 nights 7 night bookings are also accepted however, must start and end on a Friday or a Monday. Please note that we are unable to accept check-ins on 24th, 25th, and 26th December
