About this house rental

Two-room apartment on the ground floor, with large outdoor garden, composed of a double bedroom, living room with dining table and double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry and parking in the garage, the area is a short walk from the historic center of the village, with all services within walking distance, the lake is less than a kilometer away.
The apartment has just been renovated and furnished.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte in dem Büro einer Agentur, die Einweisung in Objekt war eher knapp, aber ausreichend. Lage : in einem eher verlassenen Wohngebiet gegenüber eines Sportplatzes. Eher ruhig gelegen, zum Centrum oder Supermarkt sind es schon ein paar Meter. Mobilität ist vorteilhaft, mit dem Fahrrad ist man sehr flexibel unterwegs. Das Auto stand 2 Wochen in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage, sehr sicher verwahrt. Zum Strand, hier Hundestrand ist es schon etwas weiter und man sollte auf dem Rückweg den langen Anstieg berücksichtigen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und der Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung ist von außen nicht zugänglich. Aber Vorsicht: aggressive Mücken können zur Plage werden. Ein Zugang zur Terrasse erfolgt über 3 Türen, besser geht es nicht. Die Fenster und Türen lassen sich mit Blendläden sicher vor Sonneneinstrahlung und ggf. ungebetenen Gästen schützen. Das Bad und die Küche sind funktional aber nicht luxeriös, die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck sowie Töpfen ist zwar ausreichend aber eher sparsam. Zum Glück gibt es eine Spülmaschine. Es viel auf, daß einige in der Onlinewerbung angepriesenen Gerätschaften wie Toaster oder Mikrowelle nicht vorhanden waren. Auch die (billigen) Gartenstühle befanden sich defekt im Keller, dafür gibt es aber einen ordentlichen Grill, der jedoch zunächst aufwendig gereinigt werden musste. In Summe war es ein schöner Aufenthalt zu zweit, ob man jedoch mit 4 Personen (Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer) glücklich wird, ist fraglich. Es ist zwar ein Fernseher vorhanden, deutsche Programme werden jedoch nicht empfangen, was wir persönlich gut verschmerzen könnten. Dafür gibt es zwei gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, die im Sommer ihre Berechtigung haben. Grundsätzlich empfehlenswert!

Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht
In der Wohnung Elisabetta haben wir mit unserer Golden Retriever-Hündin eine sehr entspannende Woche in Manerba del Garda verbracht. Bei der Ankunft in der Wohnung mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber war. Auf dem Boden fanden sich kleinere Härchen und im Waschbecken hingen noch ein paar Rückstände von wahrscheinlich Zahnpasta. Das Bett und der Großteil der Küche war jedoch tadellos! Zwei Klimaanlagen und ein komplett umzäunter kleiner Garten mit Weber-Kugelgrill waren ein absolutes Highlight der Wohnung. In einer Wohngegend von Einheimischen gelegen, lässt es sich gut abschalten. Auch der Fußballplatz gegenüber hat nicht gestört. In zwei Minuten hat man über die Straße, die gerne von jungen Einheimischen für Rollerausfahrten genutzt wird, die Wein- und Maisfelder erreicht und kann gut spazieren gehen. Dort findet sich auch ein umzäunter "Hundepark", in welchem die Vierbeiner toben können. Der Strand mit kostenfreiem Hundestrand ist in 2km in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht. Wird es nicht gebraucht steht das Auto sicher in der eigenen Tiefgarage. Wirklich top! Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!
