endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is

Here`s a pet-friendly, home-style 2-bedroom, 2-bath, one story ranch style

family vacation home featuring a covered front porch with a gas grill for

those relaxing moments. It has all the comforts of home to make your stay

cozy. Walk in to a spacious living room with stone gas fireplace and a

DVD/monitor. The open kitchen and dining area easily accommodates up to

4-persons. Two bedrooms; each with 1-queen sized bed make up the floor plan,

with the master bedroom having a private bathroom en-suite and a door opening

up to the back porch and private hot tub. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No

Exceptions), monitored family vacation property will sleep up 4-persons

(ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).



The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and

golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,

snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your

camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as

the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures

are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation

refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them

at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They

should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.
