Glacier Springs Cabin #12 - Newly Restyled - Now with Ductless A/C and

Heating!

This newly restyled 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath family vacation cabin features

a covered front porch and a brand new rear deck and BBQ. Inside, the first

floor living area features new furnishings, a new heat and air conditioning(!)

system, a freestanding gas fireplace, and a new flat screen Blue-Ray/monitor.

The combination kitchen and dining area features a dishwasher, breakfast bar

and separate dinette, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. Also

featured is one bedroom with a full size bed and full bath. Ascending the

staircase to the second floor reveals a loft sitting area with a work station,

one bedroom with a new king sized bed, and another full bath. Everything is

fresh with new paint throughout! This monitored, Wi-Fi equipped, pet-friendly

(2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions) family vacation cabin is perfect for singles,

couples, and small families alike, and will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED

Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and

golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,

snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your

camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!



OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:



**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as

the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures

are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation

refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them

at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They

should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.
