Located in the heart of an upmarket Las Maretas residential area to the west of Playa Blanca, Villa Anibal is one of three modern and stylish villas packed with amenities for the perfect villa holiday experience. Set over two levels, on the ground floor is a modern and comfortable lounge with multiple UK channels, games console and dining facilities for six people leads to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. One twin bedroom is located on this level as well as a family bathroom. On the first floor you will find the master double bedroom with a shower room and another twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have access to the spacious terrace. The lounge and all bedrooms have air-conditioning for your convenience. The spacious outdoor living area is where you will spend most of your time. A stunning freeform swimming pool (heating included between November and April) is in the centre, under the large pergola are plenty of comfortable rattan seating and further dining facilities and a brick BBQ with sink for outdoor alfresco dining. A day bed is by the swimming pool for those wanting to chill out and also a table tennis and pool table are available to guests for their enjoyment.  Several bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance and a regular bus service into Playa Blanca town is also nearby. Sister villas Fito and Pedro are also nearby for those looking for larger groups.

To access the villa there is a path which is 144cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 144cm wide. The terrace is flat, tiled and spacious. As can be seen in the images, there is one step of 19cm down to the poolside. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor twin bedroom and shower room have a door width of 70cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
