The main entrance opens into a welcoming hallway, leading upstairs to a bright open-plan living and kitchen space where natural light pours through dual-aspect sliding doors. The lounge is styled with modern Canarian influences, featuring comfortable seating, rattan accents and seamless access to both the pool terrace and shaded dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar provides everything required for a self-catering stay, while a separate utility room with washing facilities is located on the lower level.
Three bedrooms are arranged on the main floor, including a spacious master with king-size bed, en-suite marble bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Two further twin bedrooms share a well-appointed family bathroom, both enjoying views over the pool. An additional independent apartment on the ground floor can accommodate two extra guests and includes a bedroom, shower room, living area with TV and kitchenette; this space is available at an additional cost and provides flexibility for larger groups.
Outside, the villa is centred around a private heated swimming pool measuring 8m by 4m, complete with Roman steps and surrounded by sun loungers and generous terrace space. A shaded alfresco dining area with marble table and barbecue creates the perfect setting for evenings overlooking the sunset, while a separate garden studio offers a retreat for reading or relaxation.
The property benefits from a monitored security system, street parking, and is located approximately 5 km from Playa Blanca town centre, with restaurants, cafés and supermarkets within a 10–15 minute walk. Taxis are readily available and affordable, offering convenient access to the wider area.
The villa is fully prepared for arrival with mid-stay linen and towel changes included for stays of 10 nights or more. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request at an extra charge. Pricing is based on up to four guests, with supplements applying for additional occupancy. Use of the lower apartment incurs an additional fee where applicable. A refundable damage deposit of EUR400 is required.
