About this villa rental
Located in Las Maretas urbanization, Villa Fito is one of three exclusive villas packed with all amenities to give our customer an amazing villa holiday experience.
Located over two floors, on the ground level you have a modern and comfortable lounge with multiple UK channels, games console and dining facilities for six people leads to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on this level as well as a family shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor where you have two master bedrooms, one with an ensuite and one with a separate bathroom. The bedrooms have access to the spacious terrace with stunning sea views out to its neighbouring island Fuerteventura. The lounge and all bedrooms have air-conditioning for your convenience.
The outdoor living area is spacious, a large covered pergola with comfortable rattan sofa and chairs are positioned in the shade for those wanting to cool off and additional dining facilities are to the side of the villa, complete with a brick BBQ and sink for alfresco dining at your disposal. Your private free form swimming pool (heating included between November and April) with steps access is set in the centre of the property complete with a day bed for chilling out. To complete Villa Fito you will find a table tennis and pool table for your enjoyment. Faro Park is within easy walking distance and offering several restaurants, a couple of bars and a couple of minimarkets. Playa Blanca can be discovered within a 10 minute drive and there is also a regular a bus service nearby. Sister villas Anibal and Pedro are also nearby for those looking for larger groups.
