About this villa rental
Within the prestigious Playa Real community in Playa Blanca this villa sits as one of the most exclusive villas on the complex in what is already a high end location in Playa Blanca. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen and BBQ area. This property offers everything a family of 2 to 8 would love.
The garden area has artificial grass to increase the size of the useable areas in the villa and making it the perfect place to come and relax.
The villa provides a Smart TV with all UK channels and over 800 other channels including many films (current and old).
A high end Internet service for your needs.
The four bedrooms are all air conditioned (free).
In the kitchen there is everything you would need including hob, oven, fridges and freezer, Aire fryer, dishwasher and washing machine and of course a much needed large wine cooler.
Outside there is a beautiful private (heated) swimming pool and a hot tub with jets plus coloured fountains.
There is a dining area outside and eight sun-loungers plus rattan furniture depending on how you wish to relax.
The property has views across the ocean and from the house you can see Fuerteventura.
As you exit the property a three min walk within the gated community leads you to a community private gate that gives access to the beach and ocean with excess rock pools for catching fish and crabs.
The villa provides a personal safe (free to use), house alarm and separate smoke alarm.
The pool team will come weekly to maintain both the pool and hot tub so as to enhance your stay.
The villa applies to all laws by the Lanzarote authorities (many aren't!) .

Staying at this property is always a joy,This being the 3rd time staying here with my family I can highly recommend it to those looking for a clean and safe place to stay whilst visiting Lanzarote.The location is ideal and close to all the amenities,All the rooms were very clean and well keptAnd the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and even a complimentary welcome pack for us ie milk coffee tea ect even a bottle!Which was great.Both my children and my wife and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were both kept at the correct and comfortable temperature.We will definitely be booking again next year if it is available.The owners are very professional and are on hand should anything be needed?

There were four of us celebrating my birthday for a week and we couldn't have asked for more. The villa is amazing and has more than everything you need.Everything is high end quality and so much space from sun loungers, seating inside and out and dinining inside and out.All the bedrooms are spacious and modern as are all the bathrooms.We had a wonderful time and communications with the owner and manager were always answered very quickly.I would really recommend this villa and we'll be back!!

We had a great stay at this lovely villa. Very clean and well equipped inside and outside. Good quiet location to get to seafront, bars and restaurants. Suzanne was great, answering any questions very quickly. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you

What a gorgeous villa!! The photos and the location of this villa reeled us in and it did NOT disappoint. The photos are accurate and when we arrived we immediately loved the spaciousness and modern vibe. The kitchen area is social, modern and lovely and clean. The handy utility is an extension of this. All the rooms are finished beautifully and everything works wonderfully. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury addition and easy to use. The outside is spacious and so relaxing with its separate areas to socialise in or sunbathe in. The complex it is within, is gated and is secure. A short stroll to Flamingo beach that only takes 10 minutes if you walk along the stunning coastline path.
I would not hesitate in rebooking this villa and have already tried to book for our next visit but you need to get in quick as it's clearly popular and you can see why!
