A one-bedroom apartment located in a small town called Sveti Lovreč that is just a 10-minute car drive from a famous touristic city - Poreč. It consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. There is also a large garden with barbecue, which you share with the other guests of the house. Parking place is provided in front of the property. Here you can spend wonderful evenings with your loved ones. Come to this apartment and enjoy a beautiful holiday. For all guests staying 2 weeks there is a free dinner of the landlord. In addition, the landlords offer a tour with his old timer. There are also some restaurants, bars, markets, a post office, a pharmacy and many sporting attractions. Come to this house and spend an unforgettable holiday.

We enjoyed a very nice stay in this well maintained property. The host was welcoming and friendly, and we had a very enjoyable time. She went out of her way to be helpful, too. When we asked for a broom to sweep out our car, she brought her vacuum cleaner outside and invited us to pull up near the door of her home.
She also offered us homemade schnapps and was a very happy person to share time with.
Our Croatian language skills were lacking, which made for some challenges, but we ultimately figured out everything with the help of iTranslate. This home is well located for visits to Rovinj and other highpoints on the Istrian Peninsula.
