About this house rental
Casa Ana Milena is an old renovated semi-detached stone house located in Žbandaj, approx. 7 km from Poreč and the beach. A famous restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity, and a shop is 200m away.
The house was built in traditional Istrian style and was partially renovated in 2014. On the fully fenced garden area of 200m2, guests have at their disposal a small garden, a private swimming pool with deckchairs, a barbecue, a summer kitchen with a fireplace and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also one parking space in the yard, and two additional private parking spaces in front of the house.
This holiday home with a swimming pool with a total living area of 90m2 on two floors can accommodate 4-6 persons. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both rooms have access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful panoramic view and seating set. The house is fully air-conditioned and has wireless internet access. Pets are welcome.
