Come and recharge your batteries in our 50 m2 bungalow with its charming little garden, located in the heart of a pleasant village of winegrowers 5 minutes from the medieval city of Pézenas.
Why choose between sea and mountain, between picturesque village and big city, between vineyard and historical heritage.
Montagnac authentic village attached to its traditions and folklore, offers this within a radius of 30 minutes !!
25 minutes from the sea, but also Bouzigues and the Etang de Thau where you can taste oysters and mussels.
Also the magnificent cities of Sète at 30 km and Saint Guilhem the desert at 35 km.
So many activities for children with the Mèze dinosaur park 10 minutes away ....

The cottage is non-smoking and animals are not accepted.
A minimum of 3 nights is required during the high season (July / August).
The cleaning is done on your arrival. I trust you to leave the cottage as you found it.

Le confort très limite , meuble de (récupération) , decoration manquante, triste. Vaisselle laisse à désirer. Appartement pas trop propre.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire et à l'écoute. Les photos de l'annonce correspondent à l'appartement qui est propre spacieux et fonctionnel .
Bien situé au centre de Montagnac bien que le stationnement est assez compliqué .
En étant bien logé, notre séjour n'en a été que plus agréable.

Genial, alles wichtige vorhanden. Lage in der Stadt, mitten Alltag der Bewohner, sehr schöner Innenhof. Sehr freundliche, symphatische Vermieterin, für uns einfach ein ruhiger und entspannender Ort. Einfach, aber
sehr fein. Eine Liege zum gemütlichen Verweilen im Innenhof würde das ganze noch abrunden🙃�. Vielen herzlichen, liebe Gabrielle, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine. Les activités et visites étaient tout autour c'est parfait. Concert du village à conseiller. La propriétaire est très disponible et à l'écoute de tous nos besoins. MERCI
