Summary:
Slick Rock Reserve - 12A3, Brand New 2 Bedroom Condo, With Two Patios Facing the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim.
The Space:
This luxury 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is located in Rim Vistas with access to basketball, tennis, a pool and a hot tub. You’ll love the vaulted ceilings and spacious bi-level layout.
The kitchen seats 6 people with a combination of dining table and large breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Full appliances include gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, built-in microwave.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, plus Cable and flat screen TV. The upstairs 2nd Bedroom has a King Bed. Both bedrooms have an ensuite Bathroom.
The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The outdoor private patio has a gas BBQ Grill. Upstairs is a washer and dryer.
No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please take a look at MoabUtahLodging.com’s website for a variety of pet friendly options.

Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Guest Access:
All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.
The Neighborhood:
Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.
Getting Around:
You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
Interaction with Guests:
You can call us with any questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.

Everything worked great at this location. This isn't a knock by any means, but just be aware that the bunk beds are in the same rooms as the other beds, so this location is better suited for families who can all sleep in the same room together. No complaints though. Accommodations were as expected and the place was well stocked with the necessary kitchen conveniences.

Moab is a beautiful place to visit ... so much to see and do. Arches national park was amazing and we also hiked into a beautiful waterfall. We loved coming home to the Slick Rock Reserve in the evenings... it's a fantastic place to stay. Tom was quick to respond to any questions we had. Seriously you'd love this place! Diane

Outdoor pool and hot tub was excellent after days of hiking. Kitchen, living room and outdoor seating areas were great. Laundry was nice to have. Poor water pressure, not enough towels, requested more towels after main floor ceiling and window leaked due to rain - never received towels. Carpet was dirty.
