Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome, ideally located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. This prime location offers quick access to world-renowned mountain biking and hiking trails, thrilling off-road adventures, and the breathtaking landscapes of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Enjoy the stunning views of the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek area and the majestic La Sal Mountains!
Inside, the home is tastefully decorated with cozy, high-quality furnishings designed for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group or family, with ample seating at both the dining table and kitchen bar. After a day of adventure, unwind on the private enclosed patio, where you can enjoy your favorite beverage or a fresh cup of locally roasted coffee (provided!) while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The patio also features plenty of seating and a gas grill for outdoor dining.

Nice views from inside and the front patio. Easy stay for a MTB weekend. Quiet neighborhood. Close to town (short drive) for bike shuttles and restaurants. The garage was large and uncluttered and allowed my truck with bike to fit inside. Master bedroom on ground floor was a bonus.

Home was very clean, plenty of space for our family of four, and the home was stocked with extras that made it that much easier of a stay. Loved the views as well!

Very nice place to stay, it felt like home for 5 nights. Everything was very clean and in order. Was wonderful to have the garage space to park our motorcycles in . Very quiet neighborhood and also the views are awesome. Thank you for offering your home on Vrbo.
