Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome, ideally located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. This prime location offers quick access to world-renowned mountain biking and hiking trails, thrilling off-road adventures, and the breathtaking landscapes of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Enjoy the stunning views of the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek area and the majestic La Sal Mountains!
Inside, the home is tastefully decorated with cozy, high-quality furnishings designed for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group or family, with ample seating at both the dining table and kitchen bar. After a day of adventure, unwind on the private enclosed patio, where you can enjoy your favorite beverage or a fresh cup of locally roasted coffee (provided!) while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The patio also features plenty of seating and a gas grill for outdoor dining.
Escape the hustle and bustle of downtown and enjoy the tranquility of the Rim Village Vista community. This quiet, private neighborhood features beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streets and resort-style amenities, including a heated community pool* (open late March through late October), year-round hot tubs, a tennis court, and a playground.

This condo was immaculate. It was roomy yet cozy and had gorgeous views from almost every window. The neighborhood was quiet at night and the garage was a nice bonus. I would definitely book this condo again.
