About this house rental
This space is a converted private master suite of the main house w private entrance and private fenced in yard area.
This studio is quaint with a queen size bed, dresser, large bathroom and small kitchenette indoors. There is also a covered outdoor cooking area and patio in the back. Apt. Fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster oven, coffee pot, Convection Broiler, George foreman grill and toaster oven are available for use outside in the patio area.
The Large bathroom with newly renovated walk in shower has a large vanity with additional supplies underneath as well as fluffy towels. Please note the old pipes are sensitive and can sometimes drain slow, please be considerate of hair and items down the toilet.
The yard is fully walled in but pets may not be left there unattended for long periods of time.
PLEASE NOTE: There may be some muffled noise heard from the main house since there are two shared walls.
The home is located in a quiet established working class 1950's neighborhood with older homes near the Rillito River walk, River Park, and plenty of amenities within 1/2 mi. Property nearby Grant Rd, Alvernon Way, River and Swan Rd. Bus stop within min.
Friendly pets are welcome, cats must be pre-approved (no sprayers or scratchers please).
Smoke Free home. No Parties allowed.
Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. There is a kuerig (BYOC) and regular coffee maker.
Washer and Dryer are available in the utility room near the carport that is shared with the front house and hours are 8 am to 8 pm. CLeaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there.
Mountain and desert activities for hiking, skiing, shopping etc
- Please note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyones protection.

Really nice casita. The private yard space was great, my kitty enjoyed it. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Being so close to River road is a huge plus. Great communication with the host. Works well for people who like to cook and bbq outside, not so much for inside cooking besides microwave. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

It was a great walled in yard and everything i need, for dog and I. Also not far from a park and a quite neighborhood. It was great value and it was easy to get hold of the hosts.
