The airy 2nd-floor includes a small study, a large bedroom with a high ceiling, and a balcony that offers stunning mountain views. Tucked into a quiet natural desert setting, the home is within easy reach of excellent restaurants, shops, and hiking trails, and is 6 miles north of the University of Arizona.

We have stayed in this property a number of times and always enjoy it. The outside spaces and views of the Catalinas add greatly to our enjoyment and our host is always helpful.

You know that you’re in for a magical experience as soon as you drive through the gardens of mature native plants to the house. Open the door to your stay where you will find a welcoming and well-appointed upscale home, complete with libraries, games, fireplaces, and a well-appointed kitchen. Numerous sitting and gathering areas are sprinkled inside and out, so there is also a place to eat, sip coffee, read, and talk – or just to take in the serenity of this place. You’ll love the cavernous bedroom suite, with its veranda, walk-in closet, and jetted tub. Enjoy fabulous views from every room, from the Catalina Mountains to the City of Tucson, and from beautiful sunrises to spectacular sunsets. We did. And, we WILL be back!
