Blue Marlin Handelskade Apartments

Het appartement is ruim en de locatie was perfect: aan de Handelskade met zicht op de Juliana en Emma bruggen en recht boven het bekende Igueana Café. Er zijn veel winkels en supermarkten op loopafstand.

De communicatie via hun eigen chat, Whatsapp en booking.com moet verbeterd worden. Het duurt erg lang voordat er gereageerd wordt en zelfs dan is hun antwoord meestal nog niet geheel duidelijk. Kleine opmerkingen: Gelukkig is het water niet erg koud, want er is geen warm water in de badkamer. Er is geen lift, alleen 4x 10 treden naar boven. In de avond tot 10 PM is er luide (live) muziek bij Iguana Café. Gezellig als je er van houdt, irritant als je rust wilt. Er zit een spleet in de schuifdeuren naar de slaapkamer die veel licht doorlaat. In een eerdere review heeft iemand dit ook opgemerkt, maar er is niets mee gedaan. Er werd 300 euro borg gevraagd en bij overmatig electriciteitsverbruik moet er worden bijbetaald (typisch voor een bedrijf, ik maak dit nooit mee bij een privé huis).

Espaçoso e bem localizado, com ótima vista. Tem varias comodidades de cozinha que facilitaram o dia a dia, além da máquina de lavar e a geladeira que tem saída de gelo.

Nao foi um problema para a gente, até porque ja sabíamos pelos comentários aqui, mas sao 5 lances de escada que pode dificultar para algumas pessoas ou quem está com muitas malas.

I gave so little points because I wanted your attention Lets start with the good things. The location is excellent , in the center, with a lot of restaurants and shops around and a beautiful few. We really liked it.The apartment inside is pretty good and clean But the company rules really mess things up. It started already that they want a photo from you before check in, then the check in is very late at 3pm. They dont give you the apartment even when it is available , if you want it earlier they charge you 10 US an hour. Which I think is ridiculous because they make already a lot of money with you. Then they come up with a paper which you have to sign that you agree to pay electricity when you spend too much. They not even wanted to tell us, just my wife kept asking for what it is and then finally they said that you have only a certain amount of electricity and when you spend more you have to pay for it. The apartment is very hot, you have to use aircon always when you are in the apartment. So you always go to the meter to check how much you spent. It is not nice. I think that is very bad policy because the apartment is not cheap. With the 120 US cleaning fee, which I think is too much, you spend already over 200 US and then they come up with that. We definitely would not go back there. If all those things dont bother you then the apartment is a good choice
