Pleasant basic apartment. Very comfy bed and excellent shower. Very well placed for the old town. I was good as a base.

Very difficult to make contact with staff regards payment and checking in.

I had an ocean front view, it was private, quiet in one word heavenly

The suite was spacious, beds comfortable, AC in good working order. Kitchen was adequate for whatever meal prep you might like to do, and there was a nice sitting area inside. Location was good for walking just about everywhere you might want to go in Willemstad. Housekeeping staff were great with answering questions that management didn’t bother responding to.

Communication (or lack thereof) from management was abysmal. Did not respond to numerous text messages. No one there to greet us. Had to phone manager to get code for lockbox for the gate key, our unit number/location and door code. Lots of stairs to get in and then up to top floor, which was not mentioned in the advertising for this place. Not for the faint of heart if you have a heavy suitcase, or have mobility issues. Front garden could have been better tended; looked like it could use a lot of TLC. Pictures showed a pool with implication it was for all guests, when in fact it was for the exclusive use of the guests in the ground floor unit. Information book is in Dutch only - not helpful if you don’t speak Dutch.

The location is walkable to lots of popular places. There was plenty of restaurants in the area. The location only has a few units for a very private and peaceful stay. Street parking but I had no issues finding any close to the unit.

Cleanliness could have been better. Let the property manager know that the towels and sheets were dirty and no response to rectify the situation. No response since. The pool was only for a certain room which I was under the impression it was accessible to all guests based on how it’s advertised on the site. Minor changes could have made this better.
