The apartment was in a decent location. Everything in Lower Town was within walking distance, which made it easy to explore Zagreb. The interior looked modern and matched the photos online.
The main entrance from the street had no code and was covered in graffiti, which made it feel a bit unsafe when arriving. The hallway and stairway leading up to the apartment was dusty and rundown. When we arrived around 14:15 (within our booked check-in window), the door to the apartment was still open and being cleaned. The floor inside had just been mopped and was still very wet, leaving little space to enter without stepping through it. The hot water in the shower ran out after about 10 minutes, and the TV was difficult to operate.
