Right on to the beach. Kitesurfing, kayaking and also volleyball, pickleball on the lawn

The location by the beach was good. Rooms are decently clean and spacious.
The hot water lasted for only 1 minute - then the water just became 'room temperature', not too pleasant when showering at night. There is no kettle or hair dryer in the room.
