Great villa in beautiful location - very well equipped and beautifully clean. Hosts were fantastic - they live next door and even made us Pizzas on one night.
Only downside is that the villa is at the end of a longish gravel road - but we found that added to the feeling of being somewhere special

This place is absolute perfection, extremely well thought out and planned. A very warm, friendly welcome with refreshments including wine and olive oil made from their own grapes and olives. Always on hand if we needed anything and they provided our family with a delicious Tuscan meal one evening. Guests can help themselves from the vegetable and herb garden, great for when we made use of the BBQ. Villa Casupoli is located only 1 hour from Perugia airport, a great base to explore surrounding Tuscany, Umbria or for some peaceful relaxation by the large pool . We will most definitely be back, 2 weeks just wasn't long enough!
I can fault nothing of the Villa or hosts. Everything has been well thought out and provided for. The only draw back staying here is that guests will not want to leave!!
