Scarsa pulizia , ragni cimici in abbondanza. Porta del bagno scardinata non si riesce a chiudere . Tasto del water rotto . Il proprietario non risponde al telefono, abbiamo dovuto attendere mezz ora affinché si palesasse per fare il check out.

Nový penzion, - čistý penzion. - Izby pekne zariadené - spoločenský priestor - jedáleň, kde možno posedieť. Možnosť objednať raňajky za 14e. - Výhľad na mesto Motovun - majitel ustretový, dochvíľny, nebol problem sa dohodnuť. - asi 300m od ubytka je reštauracia, kde možno sa dobre najesť - Parkovanie zdarma

dobre by bolo mať k dispozícii aspoň varnú konvicu, idealne nejaku spoločnu kuchyňu. trochu blízko hlavnej cesty, tak v noci občas prehučí nejaké auto okolo

Fully renovated rooms with amazing view of the vineyards and Motovun

Fully renovated rooms. Also with Flat shower. Nicely decorated apartment. Air conditioning. AC was already switched on before our arrival. Thanks! :D Amazing view of the vineyards and Motovun. Parking space

No appliances (no hairdryer, no fridge, no Kettle...) Noisy road (even with windows fully closed) Transparent curtains. No blocking light. Especially annoying because the room was East-oriented, and the sun woke us up pretty early. It was a little difficult to find the entrance door. You need to go through the restaurant. No Elevator. No (safe) walkable paths in the vicinities. Walk on this road is a dangerous activity.

Mooie lokatie met een zicht op Motovun prachtig, parking voor de auto. Goede kamers en prima bedden, ontbijt om u tegen te zeggen echt lekker en veel. Soms hoor je wel gasten (fietsers) vroeg op staan om te vertrekken. Restaurant was helaas gesloten.

Hűs modern szobák és gyönyörű kilátás Motovunra

Szép, felújított, légkondicionálóval ellátott szobák. Gyönyörű kilátás van a fedett teraszról az út melletti szőlőskertre és teljes rálátás van Motovun városára. Kényelmes a parkoló, és a bicikliknek külön zárható garázsa van. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész.

Közvetlenül az út mellett van, ahol száguldoznak az autók és a motorok. Ettől függetlenül éjjel lehet nyugodtan aludni.

Great location in Istria, good value for money - don't expect high comfort.

Love the location: with a view of Motovun you can't go wrong. The employee to welcome me was very kind and he made a great breakfast.

Location is direcly by the road: people drive fast and it's not a safe situation for small children, I think. Also, because the hotel is halfway near a mountain slope, cars drive in high gear and you can hear that through the entire hotel. I had hoped to have dinner at the restaurant but because it was Late May, pre-season, they only opened from Thursdays-Sundays. This was not clear to me when I booked it.

Sve! Lokacija, doručak, udoban krevet, moderna soba, odličan domaćin! Preporučujem noćenje u ovom objektu, fantastičan pogled na Motovun i blizina Motovuna. Doručak je stvarno obilan, plaća se dodatno. Televizija s hrpom programa. Soba topla, tuš odličan… Domaćin je vrlo ugodan, nenametljiv, a. opet zanimljiv, na usluzi potpuno! Jako smo zadovoljni i svakako ćemo opet doći ovdje čim nas put opet nanese.

Nemam primjedbi, osim sto su sobe nešto manje, ali uz sve pozitivno, ovo je manje bitno!

Good spot to discover Istria

Good starting point for discovering the heart of Istria with stunning view at Motovun. Room and bathroom were bright and clean, aircon did work super well! Parking in front of the hotel without problems.

Everything is brand new, so the charm is a bit missing. Unfortunately the road is a bit noisy due to motorcycle weather, but this has nothing to do with the Casa Rossa.

Great location near a local wedding venue and walking distance to shops and sights. Stunning views from the hotel. Beautiful room and hotel owner was fantastic, his restaurant was closed on the day we arrived but he organised his chef to cook us a 3 course meal which was absolutely delicious - best meal of our whole stay. So kind of him to do that and saved us a walk to find a restaurant. Would definitely return in the future.

Comfortable but not quiet

The place is easy to find. The room was quite clean and even though it was small, it was comfortable.

It was impossible for me to get any proper sleep. The noise from the road was loud, I also heard someone talking in the other rooms and despite there being a silent time enforced for the nights I could hear people loudly speaking on the stairway for hours.

Really lovely hotel in a great area with a great view of Montona hill, town and castle. Surrounded by the wineyards - which wines you can enjoy at the hotel restaurant. Restaurant with short and well composed menu. Excellent staff - very helpfull guys! Thank you!

Breakfast was € 11 and existed of dry bread, baked eggs on ham and 3 cherry tomatoes. No marmelade, no cheese, only 1 drink (juice or coffee). Bar closes at 22h.

We had a very enjoyable two days in a great spot to explore Istra and enjoy a great view of Motovun

Great position to explore Istria, beautiful view of Motovun, friendly and enthusiastic staff ready to meet your needs. Convinient to stay with a dog, plenty of room for a morning walk.

Could make better use of the beautiful garden, maybe keep it up a little, put some lampions an serve breakfast there or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Also it would be nice to have a minimal breakfast offer included in a room price.

Pleasant enough but could be improved.

Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Room was not serviced/cleaned for the 3 days we stayed. No change of towels either. Service for food was quite slow and breakfast arrangements were not clear - had to call owners on the second morning to get breakfast service. This was disappointing as the food when it arrived was very good.
