Housekeeping service was below expectations. Dirty glasses remained in the room for over five nights, despite my personal request to housekeeping to remove them. The laundry service was also disappointing. I sent three shirts for dry cleaning and pressing, including a premium white shirt with an oil stain. The delivery was delayed until the night before my check-out, leaving me no opportunity to inspect the items. After returning home, I discovered that the stained shirt had not been properly treated and appeared to have been washed as a regular white garment, causing the stain to become permanently set into the fabric. The air-conditioning unit was extremely noisy. The hotel’s response was that the noise level was normal, but it was disruptive enough that I had to switch off the circuit breaker every night in order to sleep.

It’s really nice and very comfortable hotel! With a high quality services. Close to the shopping center by walk. I sincerely recommend!! Thank you so much!!
