Functional, air con worked, shower worked,
The air con couldn’t be adjusted and room too cold. There wasn’t a plug either side of the bed, no complimentary tea or coffee but there was a kettle.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had a lot of space, it even had a little view of the sea which was unexpected. The bed was comfortable and we were provided extra pillows after asking the staff. The location was very strategic, in the heart of the city, making every point of interest easily accessible by foot.
The garage was too narrow and hard to drive in. I don't remember seeing any statement on the listing that the garage was not suitable for medium/big cars. The price for the parking and the car charger was a bit high giving the price of the room, I would expect free parking.

Clean and presentable accommodation in a nice location
Was greeted by a member of staff who was rude and abrupt. Not all staff, the rest were very pleasant
