This gulf-front unit offers panoramic views from an oversized balcony located in the center of the building, furnished with a bar height table and 6 chairs.
The master bedroom offers an abundance of space with a king bed, large Smart TV, a view of the Gulf and a large en suite bath with an open double vanity area, an oversized walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, large Smart TV and a beautiful en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Very positive experience in this particular condo in this particular complex. Complex is centrally located in the Destin area. Wide beach area that adequately accommodates the number of guests staying at the complex.

This was the second year in a row, that my group has stayed at this complex. We love the location, easy access to the beach, and the condo itself. I thought I had booked the same condo as the year before, but realized it was a different one as soon as we walked in the door. This one was nice too, but would have preferred not to have had the bunk beds in one bedroom.

The condo sleeps 8, there were 7 pillows in the entire condo. We managed to get one more on the day we arrived and nothing more. There was 1 garbage bag and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for use the the entire week for 7 people. There was 1 kitchen towel. We ran the dishwasher without detergent because their wasn’t any accessible. The first bathroom was not properly cleaned on arrival. There was trash behind the door a wet used towel left in the bathroom. The master bathroom and closet had scum and dust build up in corners around baseboards. The sinks in the master bath do not drain. Dirty linens were left on the fold out bed in the living room when it was pulled out for use the first night. I would recommend instructing future guests on use of the dryer with the timer. It ran for over 12 hours not knowing the timer had to be set in order for the clothes to dry. I understand it is difficult to please every person however but I don’t feel the complaints are unrealistic expectations.
