About this apartment rental
Peaceful quit corner unit condo with a fabulous view , watch surfers and sometimes whales play in the Ocean from the balcony . The beach is great for walking or exercise . Dine at local restaurants or go to the grocery store just one mile away and the condo has everything to prepare meals in . If you choose not to rent a car there is a bus stop at the complex that will take you either way Cabo or San Jose del Cabo . This unit has just been completely remodeled everything new its a corner unit and just added to the rental site it is right next to unit # 220356 on Homeaway which has a five star***** rating and is managed by the same manager . It has Washer/Dryer in the unit also has a TV in the bedroom .

Stayed for 2 weeks after a month in other parts of the Baja
Great to have two restaurants just down the beach from the condo.
Great unit. Very comfortable.

Location was amazing. You can sit on the balcony and watch the surfers all day long. Great place if you a surfer. Water was warm for this time of year. Condo is right off the beach. Bad things were the noise from the highway and neighbors that smoked on there balcony next to ours. Most likely won’t happen to others. The condo was ok equipped with beach chairs and umbrella which were in poor condition. The kitchen had ok amenities. Overall it was a pretty nice place right the beach.

Was very impressed with this property, gorgeous, magnificent views, nice ocean breeze, clean, safe & very well maintained. The owner Tim is a great guy, very helpful & puts a lot of care into this property. Highly recommend.
