Small but all that two people need. It is exactly like the photos (except there is no washing machine). It is conveniently situated but further from the old town than they claim; a good half hour walk in the sun! Local beach and restaurants are a 20 minute walk. If hiring a car, there is a good car park close to the old town (Google 'municipal car park'), although it has a 4-hour limit.
The shower is very small (see the photos) but the water was hot ok. The floor was dirty and needed washing rather than just sweeping. There was no oven glove, no tea towel and no grill pan rack. Apart from that it was well equipped.

Keys were left inside the apartment so easy to access.
Although Halepa is a nice, quiet area, it is a long 30 minute walk to the town centre.

The flat is as in the pictures: The air conditioning was very efficient and quiet during sleep. Free parking in the street. Supermarket across the street. Nice bakery at the corner. Walking distance to a beach and city centre. Easy check in/out. Nice touch to have raki by the host.
Make sure the boiler is on so you don't freeze in the shower.
