The property is a small apartment house close to the beach and the town center. It is very clean. The communication was effortless. We really appreciated the provided extras like cotton swabs.
The bed was a bit shaky and not comfortable to sleep in even for two not large women.

Very clean. I booked my elderly father in to stay here as we were meant to be staying in another place nearby but we found it wasn’t suitable, so we had to move and cancel this booking as we couldn’t leave my father on his own. The hosts were very understanding of the situation and agreed to refund the booking with the exception of the first night (which was reasonable)
No lift - so be aware if you end up with a room on the upper floors. But the staff are very helpful.
