2 BDR Nitza appartment with balkony

בריזה מדהימה מהים ונוף נחמד המיקום טוב בשכונה שקטה ועל הים (אבל בקצה נתניה כך שמוסיף עוד 20 דק' נסיעה למי שמעוניין לצאת מהעיר לכיוון דרום) דירה נוחה עם חניה ומעלית

אם אתם בונים על אירוח ביתי, מפנק או נחמד - אל תלכו לכאן הגענו לדירה אחרי טיסה ארוכה, אפילו בקבוק מים לא חיכה לנו. לא קפה, לא סבון מגבות קטנות, דקות וישנות, איפה שיכלו לשים את הכי זול שיש כך עשו. הפרקט מתקלף בחדר השינה, המזרן במיטה הגדולה זה המזרן הכי דק וקפיצי שראיתי, בסלון הספות מכוסות בשמיכות ואין כריות התריס במטבח שבור בלילה הראשון היה לנו צרצר בבית.. בקיצור, שום סממן שמישהו אכפת מהדירה או מהאורחים, כאילו לא שמח לקראתכם כשבקשתי מהמארחת מים היא ציינה שאני כנראה לא מכירה את הסטנדרט המקומי, כלומר שמים זה דבר לא מובן מאליו שיהיה בדירה, באופן כללי מנהלת הנכס היתה לא נעימה בכלל.

A cute apartment with two bedrooms on a quiet street, in an excellent location with easy access down to the beach. The sea view from the apartment is lovely. Communication with the owners was excellent. We really enjoyed staying there and didn’t lack anything.

Понравилось расположение. Близко остановка автобуса , ресторан и магазин . хорошая звукоизоляция .

Не работает большая комфорка газовой плиты. Нет информации как включить горячую воду в ванной , как позвонить в полицию и скорую помощь. Сильный химический запах в квартире при заезде.

Location was fine; just 15 mins walk from Netanya square, 8 mins from beach. Balcony just about OK for 2 , but small for 3 people; the view was OK but hardly inspiring. Overall, though, reasonable value for money compared to the extortionate cost of hotel rooms.

The apartment needs a make-over. Flaking paint from the balcony walls/ceiling and from the door frame of the master bedroom should have been removed and made-good. It lacked character - eg.the bare walls would benefit from the addition of a few colourful pictures/paintings. The control valve for the shower in the master bedroom's en-suite was incredibly stiff and very difficult to adjust. The host/agent Yelena waited several days before responding to our request for some minor, inexpensive items; eg.water jug, more cutlery, a floor pan (we had a brush but only a broken pan), a plug for the bath, instructions for the TV and other facilities, washing pods for the washing machine, a privacy curtain for the window between the master bedroom and the balcony. Some, but not all, of these items were supplied on the 6th of our 9-day stay. But our complaint about the dirty toilet seat, and about the waste-water from the bath flooding back up onto the floor went unheeded; as did our request for cleaning and change of bed-sheets, which did not happen. All of these items could be/have-been remedied for little cost but would enhance the apartment enormously. I am making these comments from our experience of owning/letting apartments in Israel, Cyprus, France, Spain and the UK.
