Nice, clean and comfy!

The property was easy to find, both with google maps but also very well marked on the road. Three of us were staying for three nights, each in a private room with a its own nice cozy terrace and bathroom. The kitchen was shared by our three rooms. It had all the necessary utensils and very spacious so we even prepared meals and had a nice chat in it. Everything in rooms, bathrooms and in the kitchen was really clean. The rooms were worm and comfortable. we were there at the end of October on a business short visit, with a vehicle, so for us this was ideal. There are two big supermarkets in the vicinity, approximately 10 minutes walk away and one smaller 5 minutes away. It is just a 5-minute walk from the Neum bus station. Really nice and quite. We had our proper and needed rest. The private parking was also ensured and we really appreciated this. The parking is under olive tree, which I think is awesome during the summer. The host was very kind and welcoming. I made a mistake in the dates when booking and booked for 4 nights instead for 3. He showed full understanding and did not charge us the fourth night. I find this rare, especially as the mistake was done through Booking.

I think it should be said as relevant for those coming during the summer season that it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach downhill. We appreciated this walk, however, I'm not sure I would on +30 uphill. Those not fit and with some health issues should bear this in mind.

A perfect and cozy stay with a kind host, clean facilities, a great view, and just one small downside

The property is just a 5-minute walk from the Neum bus station, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. I stayed in a private room with a beautiful terrace and a great view. The bathroom was shared with only one other room, so it was never crowded. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and I really appreciated that the fridge had designated spaces for each room. Everything was spotless — super clean! The room itself was cozy and comfortable. It takes about 15–20 minutes to walk to the beach, but it didn’t feel far at all. There’s also a Bingo supermarket less than a 10-minute walk away. I had such an amazing stay — nothing but great memories from this place!

If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the room very well. But honestly, everything else was so wonderful that it didn’t bother me much.

Great price value ratio

Good value (paid 26EUR) so what will you expect. I had a good flat with the toilet and bathroom outside the room at the floor.

Shared bathroom might not be for everyone but it was super reasonable priced, this is not really a criticism!

Great reenergizing stay in Bosnia

The whole property was clean and spacious. Thanks to Slobodan, the owner, it was a truly pleasant stay. He was very friendly and helpful and provided us with tips when we went to the city. Also, as bikepackers, we were really happy about being able to store our bikes safely.

The employee is the owner

The employee was weird. At 9 o'clock in the morning, he was banging on the door and asking me to go out. The children were very afraid of the employee's manner. He must be flexible in dealing with the rights of others. He deliberately paid the rent and refused to return the rest of the money, noting that I logged in in the evening.

Host was very pleasant. Acomodation was cheaper than others in this location but it was according to quality. There was clima and parking.

Kitchen wasn't fully equipped, there were only 2 small spoons for 4 people, no cloth and really very old sponge. When we asked more toilet paper, we get answer, that it is neccesary to buy it...

Nice apartment, but unreasonable checkout time.

We were given a larger family-friendly apartment. Good location in a local neighborhood with shops and bakeries nearby.

At 9:00 a.m. we were told we have to leave the apartment. Check out at 9:00 a.m.? Sorry, that is not family-friendly and not standard. We are on vacation and don't want to rush. Every hotel I've experienced so far allows for checkout at 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m.. Also, credit card payments are not accepted so we had to get local currency from an ATM with very high fees.

We just spent the night there, we think it is good value for money

The location was easy to find, beds were comfortable, wi-fi was ok

We waited 10 min on the street for the host to confirm that we really have booking there, we were devoured by mosquitos during the night and check out was until 9.

Location of the property is good, in the centre of Neum, the host, Ugodan, very nice and helpful.

My room was in the cellar and had no window, this might be difficult for some people. But there are other rooms on the upper floors. The house appears to be very large.
