This is our second time renting this house and working with I Trips, I just have to say what a pleasure they are to work with. They keep you informed each step of the way, always available in a timely manner if needed. This large and beautiful house is located on the 4th fairway of the Nicklus Tournament course, the backyard space is fantastic and the views are STUNNING. The house is well stocked and clean, the Casita is great to have if you need a private office space to work. We come each year with two other couples and everyone has private space. You won't be disappointed.

We loved the location and the backyard covered patio was perfect. The views are amazing and the management team was great. We will definitely rent this house again.

This is considered a "5 Star Desert Vacation Rentals" and the backyard meets that description.
Wingedfoot has a beautiful back yard with saline pool and spa and stunning western sunsets over the mountain range and 4th hole. The orange, lemon and grapefruit trees are to die for- picking the fruit everyday- so lovely. The outstanding view of mountain range and golf course make it hard to leave the well furnished and comfortable seating back yard oasis. A large TV with access to all channels is a nice addition given we are in an Olympic year. A nice addition would be a gas fire pit to enjoy the beautiful nights. Absolutely stunning grounds and landscaping as well.
Room for improvement- Fortunately, the owners and agency was open to feedback and we advised them of our stay and disappointment.
A professional cleaner -would help and get to the areas that need it most. The house, while large and spacious is over decorated with silk plants, which are huge dust collectors and far too many personal items.
A professional stager -would also be of great assistance in this regard. Just way too many personal items everywhere. These items did not show up in any photos we saw of the property. A stager would help the owners edit down the plants and also edit their personal items to make the house more accommodating and comfortable.
Inventory- The house has some nice things for sure, kitchen stove, ovens, fridge etc.but it is not well stocked. Not expecting new, but definitely well stocked, clean and easy to find. Again, cupboards are bursting with personal items, not organized nor is it easy to find things. We purchased and left the homeowners a Keurig Coffee maker and a hairdryer. These things are minimum and standard requirements as you would find these items even in a 3 start hotel.
It is the expectation renting a place on VRBO for $400+ a night that there will be room to put our own items., that it will be clean, well stocked and tidy everywhere. The expectation in VRBO is that you will not see the personal items of the host.
