This ground floor apartment is located just a few steps from public beach access and only 3 blocks from restaurants & bars. You can enjoy a day on the beach and the evening dining at one of the many locally owned eateries, each with its own unique style. Access is via coded lockbox. Amenities include a washer & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, as well as a flat screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi. The property was in an amazing location right across from the beach. The kitchen was stocked with items and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed breezes on the back patio during afternoon storms. We would definitely like to return here in the future.

The location was fantastic, with the beach just across the street and within walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and the pier. The place was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable, providing everything we needed. There were a few minor issues, but nothing that couldn't be addressed. The shower curtain in the master bathroom should be replaced, as it had some mold or stains from frequent washing. Additionally, the toilet in the master is quite old and has an unpleasant smell; it would be a good idea to replace it. Although the bathroom was cleaned, we had to keep the window open for ventilation.

Great location. Not the most comfortable unit as it is all concrete and masonry. The kitchen layout is poor. The couch will give you a concussion if you don't lean back carefully. The location is great and the owners were easy to contact.
