This home had evidence of black mold in the a/c ductwork at the kitchen register, also in the master shower stall. Our son and his partner (medical Dr.) decided to leave when we discovered this. Also, some minor plumbing issues.. Otherwise, very clean,as advertised.I would like to hear the host's response.
