Overall the place was as described. The communication from the owners is why I’m rating this property low. I had booked this property for my in-laws. I didn’t know how long they were visiting for so I booked more days at first. When I knew exactly how long they were staying, I messaged the host to update the dates. I never received a response and I had tried for over a month to get a response. I ultimately had to cancel the original booking and rebook with the correct dates. When I went to rebook the same day I cancelled, I noticed the price went up. It was about $200 more overall than the original booking. On the date of check in, we received no instructions or communication from the host. We had to reach out to get the information. We messaged the host 2 hours after the check-in time. We did get a quick response, but I was just surprised that we had to be the ones to reach out.
