This private & spacious luxury villa comprises of 3 king size bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms. The entire villa is decorated with luxury furnishings
The master bedroom is located on the top floor with breathtaking sea views. Wake up to breakfast on the balcony watching the ocean or a romantic drink under the stars watching the lights shine off the sea
A few minutes from various beaches & restaurants
Set in an established and secure gated community with night security and just two minutes from Choeng Mon beach, this modern, walled-in private pool villa with a tropical garden, makes an ideal holiday home for friends and families.
On the ground floor, there is off road parking for 2 cars, to the rear and at the front is a large pool and plenty of areas to relax including a covered outdoor living room area with a built-in bar and an outdoor kitchen, all downstairs near the pool.
On the next floor up, accessed by external stairs, there's a large terrace with dining table and chairs a great place to eat or relax in the shade. Inside is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area along with a guest wc. The internal stairs take you up to the two further bedrooms upstairs, the master is to the front with plenty of wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom is to the rear with a small balcony and ensuite bathroom. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms have air conditioning units and fans in all rooms.

This house was fabulous. Meticulously clean and well kept. Close to local activities and beaches. Recommend scooters or car for samui. Property manager was great to deal with. Neighbor was a bit of a winer about music during the day.
