About this villa rental
Koh Samui is a modern and stylish villa in the heart of Koh Samui. For honeymooners, young couples or families, this exclusive villa with sea view offers the possibility of unforgettable holidays on the island of coconuts. Located in the Po Bhut hill, the property is 5 minutes from the tourist center of Chaweng Beach with many restaurants, bars, shops and markets. A candle with a touch of Thai magic.
A large living room with a sea view, four double bedrooms, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, a large panoramic terrace with a private sea view, private pool, gazebo and tropical garden with barbecue. On the roof is a large terrace with stunning sea views, lounge bar, solarium and outdoor shower.
The property is divided into two levels. Terrace, open space living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, outdoor shower and gazebo. On the ground floor there is a studio with a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds. On the roof we have a terrace with breathtaking sea views, an outdoor shower and a lounch bar. In the garden there are coconut plants and various tropical flowers. A barbecue is located in the garden.
The property is located within the Chaweng Modern Residence complex and has 24 hour guardian, scooter rental, mini-market, snack bar, large swimming pool, and laundry service.
The price includes a covered parking, a two-week cleaning service, water and electricity (150THB / day), a safe, free WiFi internet, LED TV, DVD and USB-player and a home cinema with many Netflix movies for free.

Wir sind das erste mal nach Thailand in den Urlaub geflogen und buchten diese wunderbare Villa.
Der Buchungsablauf verlief reibungslos .
Wir wurden auf Wunsch von uns vom Flughafen abgeholt ohne Probleme.
Als wir an der Villa ankamen , konnten wir unser Glück nicht fassen, es war einfach traumhaft .
Die Größe , der Ausblick ,die Sauberkeit ,der Empfang , die Idylle - einfach wunderbar .
Ein Ansprechpartner war auch immer vor Ort , falls man fragen hatte .
Von der Lage her ist die Villa etwas abgelegen von dem massen Tourismus , aber das ist gut so den man kann mit einem geliehenen Moped trotzdem alles super schnell erreichen.
Keine paar Meter von der Villa Anlage , bekommt man sofort das "Inselleben" zu Gesicht und die Freundlichkeit der Bewohner.
An jeder Ecke bekommt man super billig ein typisches thailändisches Essen gezaubert.
Wir sind auch oft vom Chaweng Beach mit den Taxi hoch gefahren zur Villa - alles kein Problem.
Noch einen kleinen Tipp : ;D
Auf den Mülleimer unten immer einen Stein legen , weil die Hunde gerne alles umschmeißen , genauso wie Schuhe immer ins Haus stellen - sonst ist versteck suche angesagt.
Unser Fazit :
Wir würden immer wieder sofort diese Villa buchen und ich kann sie nur jedem weiterempfehlen, der in keinen Hotel einchecken will und selbst alles erkunden möchte.

We had difficulty checking in as there was no one to be found when we arrived ( even though we had notified them of our arrival time). Their English was very poor and it was difficult to understand them.
Walking up to the unit from the reception is hard as the hill is steep.
When we got into the unit we noticed right away minor issues with the kitchen - cabinet door unhinged. We contacted the owner who had it fixed immediately.
Couple of other small issues were the beds are extremely hard and thus not very comfortable to sleep and they only have a thin sheet to cover yourself, so if you have the air conditioning on at night you are freezing. I did mention this to the owner who told us to get a blanket from reception but they said they don’t service this unit.
Another small issue was that there was no soap or dishwashing liquid in the unit or toilet paper nor paper towels in the kitchen. This we went out and purchased the second day.
Despite all this the unit is very nice and we enjoyed our stay there. It is a bit far from town up the hill but that also gives you a nice view over the area.
