Complete floor renovation! No carpet all around the house!
The vacation townhome is located just west of Walt Disney World, and within a short drive of Universal Studios, Old Town Kissimmee, and SeaWorld of Orlando. It offers guests over 1,450 square feet of vacation living space across two levels. Children and adults alike will enjoy the south facing private splash pool within the screened patio without neighbors behind you, where you can host a lovely afternoon picnic pool-side. Take advantage of family-friendly activities and amenities of the Windsor Hills Resort during your stay.
Plenty of sleeping space is provided in the three bedrooms of the townhouse. A king sized bed is furnished in the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a brand new queen sized bed, while the third themed bedroom has a brand new bunk bed. Three full bathrooms make it easy and quick to get ready for daily adventures at the Theme Parks.
The open floor plan allows guests to move freely in-between rooms. Cooks will love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all cookware and eating utensils. A brand new 50” TV with DVD player is available in the living room. Catch views of the pool area from the living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi internet access is free-of-charge and is an excellent way to keep in touch with family and friends who didn’t make it on vacation this year. For your convenience, a clothes washer and clothes dryer are provided.
The amenities and luxury of a 5-star resort are tucked away just behind the gates of Windsor Hills Resort. Just inside, guests will find the exceptional clubhouse with an outdoor lounge area is the hub of family friendly activities. Guests can work out in the fitness center. A spacious games room has football, air hockey, billiards, ping pong and more. The concierge, business center and sundry shop offer a variety of services and supplies. The pool and secluded spa refresh and revitalize. The waterslide is great fun for the young and young-at-heart.

We love staying in this community. The condo was perfect and I loved that they had enough of the “essentials” there for us to use in case we forgot anything. Host was friendly and personable. We’ll be back again!

Really appreciate the open communication with Jack. Unit was perfect for our family and the heated private pool was a bonus. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved the coloured lights at night. The location is perfect for all the Disney parks and Walmart. It was also appreciated to have the little extras like the pool towels and a stroller. Windsor Hills has a nice heated community pool and the food in the restaurant was very good. We didn’t noticed the gate code was in the parking pass for the play ground so we missed out on that, so take note. Gym and arcade are both small but worked well.

Could use some updates, had to clean pool area which was dirty and full of leaves, beds very uncomfortable.The host was very responsive and nice.Community pool area is great!
