About this house rental
Terraced house on two floors, surrounded by a park of 3. 000 square meters of fenced garden with olive trees, palms and tall trees and 4.000 square meters of clean and fenced pine forest. Just 50m away is a beach with algae; at 100m a mixed beach with seaweed and sand and at 500m there is the beautiful beach of the naturalistic oasis of Orvile, 5 sails assigned by Goletta verde of Legambiente, free beach, little frequented, not equipped about 1 km long, reachable on foot or in the car. The parking areas of the Orvile beach are under a municipal pine forest for a fee. Presence of refreshment bar on the beach.
The property is fully furnished for 4/6 people and consists of:

• independent veranda with access to the garden
• dining room with sofa bed and satellite TV
• open plan kitchen with crockery - running water NOT DRINKABLE

Proprietari nella casa a fianco, presenti e disponibili ma discreti.
Casa gradevole, ben curata, con un grande giardino che arriva alla spiaggia.
Il fresco del guardino con diverse piante e fiori rende piacevole il rientro dal mare. Mare con acque limpide con si dice mare di Sardegna. La spiaggia è immensa a sinistra solo sabbia bianca a destra scogliera. Dal mare si vede Posada che con le sue case che scendono dalla torre e dal paese medioevale al mare. Torre rara con borgo mediovale da vedere, Arrampicandosi per un po' di gradini.
Nella zona budoni, Posada, la caletta, santa Lucia ristoranti e pizzerie per tutti i gusti e on una buona cucina sarda.
Da ritornarci.
