About this house rental
Terraced house on two floors, surrounded by a park consisting of 3. 000 square meters of fenced garden with ancient olive trees, palms and tall trees and 4. 000 square meters of clean and fenced pine forest. Just 50m away is a beach with seaweed; at 100m a mixed beach with seaweed and sand and at 500m there is the splendid beach of the naturalistic oasis of Orvile, 5 sails assigned by Goletta verde di Legambiente, free beach, little frequented, not equipped about 1 km long, reachable on foot or in the car. The parking lots on Orvile beach are under a paid municipal pine forest. Presence of refreshment bars on the beach.
The property is fully furnished for 4/6 people and is composed of:
ground floor:
• independent veranda with access to the garden
• dining room with sofa bed and satellite TV
• open space kitchen complete with dishes - running water NOT DRINKABLE

• 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each

The two floors are connected by a wrought iron spiral staircase

Mit meinen drei Kindern war ich für 10 Tage im Ferienhaus. Und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schön war die große Terasse vor dem Haus zum Frühstücken und Abendessen. Die Küche war sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung (Kühlschrank, Herd etc.) hat durchgängig ohne Probleme funktioniert. Abends gab es Mücken auf der Terasse. Es war aber sehr schön, dass die Mücken nicht in die oberen Schlafräume geflogen sind. Der Strand direkt hinter dem Haus hatte viel Seegras. Aber zwei Minuten Gehweg in Richtung Norden und 5 - 10 Minuten Gehweg in den Süden war der Strand wunderschön.

Wer etwas sucht, was abgelegener ist und sehr ruhig, wird hier fündig. Ein kleines Häuschen mit traumhaftem Garten direkt am Strand.
Fehlende Ausstattung wurde auf Anfrage direkt vorbei gebracht (keine 15 min).
Sehr netter Vermieter. Gerne jederzeit wieder.
Achtung: Wer im Urlaub abhängig von WLAN ist, oder nicht immer eine kleine Wendeltreppe zum Klo steigen möchte, für den ist dieses Haus nichts.
Für uns hingegen war es exakt das, was wir wollten und wir könnten es uns sogar vorstellen auch mit Kindern eines Tages diesen Urlaub zu wiederholen.

All went well, place is basic, but we wanted to be close to the beach and have a garden, this one is huge. The neighbourhood was already deserted for winter, so we had the beach to ourself. The water in the house is not drinkable. If you ve got an issue with big containers full of fresh water, this place is not for you. We thought it was adventurous...

When you read that you can reach the beach form your home just crossing a 100-year-old olive grove you think, oh well. let's see. And then you are there and it is exactly as they said, and the beach is amazing. During our stay we literally only wore swimmers and shorts. Fantastic! I can only recommend it. And the hosts are equally gracious. Full points! Will definitely go back, maybe in Winter.
