I appreciate the owner was very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to find street parking daily with no issues. The rooms were all spacious and the property in general is clean although I recommend the owner opt to change the old white king bed linens of the master bedroom out for a new set entirely as you can see saliva stains, sheets have yellowed due to bleach use. Dark sheet linen colors such as gray or taupe make a big difference. I also recommend putting up blinds on the kitchen door window as this faces directly to the neighbors house window and also to the only bathroom in this home. Privacy is essential. On the bathroom note it seems having another bathroom- even a half bath would be more appropriate for a 3 bedroom house, its not fun waiting for a bathroom for a family of 4. The owner should make a point of doing a final inspection of the home to check floors (also behind dressers and under beds) for any dead roaches due to fumigation as this is absolutely not appropriate for guest to see. Finally please consider placing better outdoor lighting at the front door entrance of the property in consideration for your guests who come back in the evening, especially since the door has a code door lock which does not light up when entering code and a physical key for this entrance is not provided. It also seems the door itself should be replaced, safety is always priority. One more recommendation is having a small stackable washer and dryer inside the unit rather than outside would be so much more convenient.
