Gennadi Grand Resort - Premium All Inclusive

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious with a great variety every day. The pools, beach, and facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Our room was comfortable and spotless. We truly enjoyed every moment

Super all inclusive is quite confusing, we was brought the bill a couple of times, when given drinks that we didn’t realise we would have to pay for - for example a can of beer! Staff wasn’t very attentive or useful in reception, we found them to be inexperienced, and not willing to help. Restraints are limited to which you can eat in (max 2 per stay, 5/6nights). I feel the all inclusive needs to be explained better on check in, to enhance guests experience, and to maximise what you can use / eat. We arrived 1 day late due to delay, and upon arriving, guest services told us they would as a goodwill gesture refund the first night we missed! 3 months later, we haven’t received it, so be cautious with what you are told. Located 5 minute drive from nearest town, however it’s not suitable to walk as it’s an open road with no path - hotel didn’t have much entertainment at evening times.
