Pilgrim Cottage

The cottage perfectly suited our needs and was well equipped, however, a small Microwave in the kitchen would have helped. The bedrooms were very well furnished and the beds were extremely clean and comfortable.

The description didn't state that the cottage was on a very busy main road. It did state that there was parking on the street, but not that it was 50-100 metres down the street and was very limited during our stay. One night, we had to drive around until a parking space became available after the pub opposite closed.

Everything about it. So serene and comfortable! Nice place to stay with family!

Transport not regular. We need a car to go out!

Great location for the church where the wedding we were attending was held.

The accommodation should state that there are only feather filled pillows and duvets there, 3 of our party are allergic to feathers and get asthma from them. We had to remove all the pillows and duvets, and put them away from the beds, luckily it was still warm enough to use the spare sheets and duvets and not have pillows at all on the beds. The 3 were all breathless even so by the end of our stay.
