Very convenient for a short stay at low cost in Copenhagen. Great to be able to use the bikes! Very close to metro and cbd. Self check in very well explained thank you for everything !

Extremely bad value for money, lowlight of copenhagen trip

The ad is disingenous, if not outright a scam! This is also not a "studio" in the widely understood sense (i.e. a self-contained room with a private kitchen and batroom). There is no private bathroom and the public bathroom has notes plastered all around "encourgaing" you to clean after yourself, and the kitchen is a public kitchen, that would be a hassle to use. Also the bathroom and showering stinks. The whole experience was extremly creepy, when going to the bathroom at night, people might come out of their room and close all the lights. The room is also very shabby, the walls seem to be falling apart by itself and there is no netflix, you have to login using your own account. The bikes we didn't use but looking at previous comments you are not able to use it. The room is located on the fifth floor without an elevator, with a extremely creepy unlocked hallway sharing with another 10 rooms. My guess is that it seems to be a room rented out in a student house. Also, we paid about 400 euros for 4 nights, which while isn't pricy in copenhagen, for the room and expereience we get it certainly feels extremely uncomfortable and we feel like we were ripped off. Frankly if anyone is even considering booking this room, I would say just spend 10 euros more per night and get a room at a hostel near Christianshavn, you would at the very least get a private bathroom without having a extremly creepy atmosphere. Lowlight of our otherwise pretty nice copenhagen trip, to avoid!!!!!

Passable

Mark is a nice and helpful host. Communication with him was easy and he was always available to do whatever he can for us in order to enjoy our stay. The room is cozy, clean and the location is good, but unfortunately don't feel like returning.

The bikes are not the ones from the photos but what was worse is that they needed a serious repair, as they weren't even save to go around the city with them. We wanted to make some bike trips to Roskilde, Hillerød, Helsingør and the small villages around them, so we were pretty happy with this offer in the first place. Anyways we rented bikes for this purpose... Of course we spoke with Mark about this immediately and now the bikes are repaired and usable in the city. On the other hand, using the bathroom was a struggle due to the low water pressure.

TERRIBILE

Position (not center but with good connection).

This is a creepy hostel room WITHOUT ELEVATOR at the 5th floor, impossibile to understand from the description. Dusty room, terrible shared bathroom. See pics and "invitations" to clean up yourself. In a week I NEVER met any cleaner. Wc - in common with people, I cannot tell how many - doesn't have any window or aspirator. Bikes are old and broken (one literally broke up when my daughter was running in the city, very very dangerous). Wifi works, metro and bus stop nearby, that's all you will have. The host was abroad and did not help at all.

Great week in Copenhagen

It was a pleasant stay! The property is located close to the city centre. We had everything we needed and it was very warm in the flat (which we appreciated because it was quite chilly outside). In addition, we binge-watched some Netflix ;) Mark was very friendly and helpful - he even met us at the underground and took to the place by car.

There is a shared toilet/bathroom, but it didn't bother us. It was clean & tidy.

Pleasant

Mark is super friendly and always available to reply to any question. His advice for the Cophenhagen card was really helpful, as well as the bikes he provided! Seriously biking is the best way to visit the city : with safe and well-connected bike lanes, it's always a pleasure to bike around (and a cheaper option too).

The shared toilets and bathroom are always in a mess (toilet paper messed up on the floor, poop not flushed etc). People who live on the same floor as us didn't respect too much the others: during our last night's stay, someone smoked in his/her room and it triggered the fire alarm several times between 2:30-3:30 am.

Diese Unterkunft ist extrem!!!! schmutzig, WC und Dusche ekelhaft - schmutzig, stinkend, kaputte Dusche, etc. Diese Unterkunft sollte nicht vermietet werden, und schon gar nicht für diesen Preis.

L'emplacement

Après avoir gravi 6 étages sans ascenseur, (100 marches), une chambre d’étudiant sous les toits est peu attrayante avec une moquette synthétique tachée et malodorante. L’électricité est en très mauvais état voire dangereuse. La pièce est équipée d’un lit rustique, d’une petite table, d’une seule chaise, d’un évier… sans penderie ni douche. Deux douches sont partagées par une dizaine de colocataires sur le palier : l’une est nauséabonde par les remontées d’odeurs de WC, l’autre n’écoule qu’une eau bouillante ou froide (mitigeur hors service). Sur le palier, deux WC vétustes et une cuisine bien équipée mais sans aucun lieu pour s’assoir et manger sont également partagés. En résumé, le descriptif est trompeur pour une chambre vétuste mais néanmoins propre. Annonce trompeuse

Proximité métro, Papier toilette et serviettes, torchons, sucre, café, bouilloire, vélos, fournis.

5eme étage sans ascenseur, non indiqué. Canapé lit avec matelas de 5cm. Robinet de cuisine qui ne tient pas et coule trés peu. WC + douches sur le palier. Les douches sont difficiles à régler (thermostatique mort). Rideaux occultants, occultes à peine. Chambre mansardée de moins de 9m2 avec deux petits fenêtres. Juste une petite table de salon. Vaisselle sale (couverts). Cuisine commune très sale et peu fonctionnelle, pas de place dans le réfrigérateur, heureusement un petit dans la chambre. Lit avec deux petites couettes, pas pratique du tout. J'arrête là, il y aurait encore tellement à dire 🤷🏻‍♂️😱
