Apartments Šarić

Susretljivost domaćina je izvrsna, lako preuzimanje ključeva, udoban apartman sa dvije spavaće sobe, kuhinjom i ekstra baštom a odličan je odnos cijene i kvaliteta smještaja. Apartman sadrži sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak a ima i besplatan parking.

Water took a bit long to heat up

I choose to stay here during my backpacking trip around Europe. Did not want to pay the high prices for hotel in Split. When I arrived I was met by my host immediately. The apartment has basic kitchenware, kettle, fridge, freezer, laundry and drying rack. The apartment is not super comfy, but it is totally worth it for a few days. The apartment has a silent air condition. Wifi worked flawless for me. Towels is provided but if you are planning to visit the beach I think you should bring your own because it can get really dirty and it is not fair to the host. My host Dubravka was always quick to answer all of my questions and even helped my print a ferry ticket that i needed on paper. The area felt safe, but it is a bit from city centre. It was a calm area without the hustle and bustle that you may experience in a downtown area. You have a couple of supermarkets within a couple of minutes of walking. Bus stop is close but I never used it. The nearest beach is 20 minutes away by walk. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city centre. I would consider to stay here again if I visit Split later. This is a great apartment both for pairs and solo backpackers like myself.

The mattress was a little bit to short compared to the bed so I always ended with a small gap between the mattress and the wall. The pillows was not the most comfy either. But this was not a major problem for me.

The space of the apartment was great and have a washing machine is awesome!

It’s more a advice: it’s necessary to lock the window, in the first room, because it is possible to open de blackout outside. I didn't like the house door because it was glass. The top had blinds, but the bottom only had an effect on the glass, which still didn't give me much privacy.
