A place we would return to again

Our stay at Xenia was a real pleasure! We felt a warm welcome and hospitality from the moment we arrived. The rooms are cozy and filled with a sense of peace, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is wonderful - both comfortable and quiet, ideal for a relaxing holiday. We felt at home and would certainly return again with great desire!

Secured, clean and organized location. Giannis, the host, was very nice and attentive. We had a great time and we truly recommend this accommodation! For sure we will return to this place!

Very cozy and close to the beach

I liked the proximity to the beach and that the apartment accommodates 4 people with a common area to watch tv and chat. It has plenty of outdoor space! The host was nice!

The garbage wasn’t taken out from previous booking but it was shortly resolved via booking chat. Overall the cleanliness can be upgraded. I suggest providing kitchen paper towels, considering the kitchen allows cooking. Additionally, the coffee can was rather empty and we didn’t use at all. I suggest getting coffee makers with capsules for the guests. Otherwise very nice and cozy!

Lovely place to stay in Nea Iraklitsa

Great location you can even walk to the nearest beach on foot just 2 min. away, of course if you want to go to the Ammolofoi Beach you should travel by car about 9 km, there is also a bus that takes you there. Comfortable bed, spacious and clean room, hospitable host, lovely green area around the house. Parking is available inside the property. There was an outdoor kitchen and huge balcony in my room, really enjoyed that. Highly recommend it for your holiday in Nea Iraklitsa.

Amazing

Very large, modern, clean apartment, we really enjoyed our stay there! The villa is really safe and secure, kids can't go out without key, so this was an important thing for us. The rooms were lovely, well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. The beach was nearby, 3 minutes walk. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful! I would definitely recommend Xenia apartments and will be returning again. Thank you! :)

A very special place. Coziness, tranquility, convenience.

This is the second time we have chosen this guest house. Very pleasant environment - a nice room with a living room and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Extremely clean. Cleaning every day. The marble floor creates a pleasant coolness. Extremely well maintained garden which is a pleasant view for morning coffee on the huge terrace. Very kind hosts. They always meet you and send you at the end of the stay. We like hosts very much. Wait for us again.

Beautiful place!

XENIA is a lovely place to stay in the heart of Nea Iraklitsa. Big yard , with a lot of spaces to stay , barbeque and a 2 or 3 tables for 12 people,each. The location is near the beach, about 150 metres where you can sit at Maistrali beach bar or directly on the beach . The rooms are very specious, and well arranged, with nice furniture. Everywhere is spotless clean. The owners were very friendly and oriented to solve all our requests. Thank you Giannis for everything. Hope we'll see next year.

A beautiful stay, I already recommended this location to my family and friends.

The location is beautiful and it is very close to the sea. It has its own free private parking. Our apartment had air conditioning and lots of deposit space to put our clothes and stuff. The furniture is impressive and the bedroom has a classic vibe. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, cutlery, cups,mugs, plates, electric mug, pans, mosquito nets, mosquito spirals. An iron and ironboard are available when you need them. The hosts speak good English and they are very helpful and nice. This apartment also has a comfortable terrace with a sea view. The yard is wonderfully taken care of, it has tables and dining areas, solar powered lights. The olive trees in the yard are amazing,they have green olives in them!

The TV programs are almost exclusively in Greek,which is a bit uncomfortable at first but,at the same time, useful if you want to learn Greek. Only TV5 and BBC World are non-Greek. The Wi-Fi connection is sometimes very weak.

Very professional and warm welcome by the young host. Very disappointing farewell though.

We had an unpleasant farewell. Unnecessary comments by the older host upon leaving. Vacating the property, we paid for, was handled with annoyance by the host. Very professional and warm welcome by the young host though. In addition, the property is located meters from a very busy and noisy highway, which makes it very difficult to sleep.

Σε καλό σημείο, μακριά από όλο το χαμό του Αυγούστου στην Ηρακλείτσα. Με τα πόδια είσαι σε 20΄ στο χωριό για φαγητό, καφέ κλπ. Ευγενέστατος ο οικοδεσπότης και όμορφο το δωμάτιο. Η θέση parking που παρέχεται είναι σημαντική.

Прекрасна стая с голям балкон и кухничка. Много чисто и с вдичко необходимо. Локацията е идеална на 50м от плажа ( свободна зона и бийч бар). Домакина беше изключително любезен и отзивчив.
