Property with 95m², located on the 14th floor, sunny and airy, 40 meters from the beach, close to Casa Grande Hotel and shops in general (supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, kiosks, pharmacies, malls, banks, etc).

The apartment has a living room and dining room with sofas and a table with 6 chairs, three bedrooms (one bedroom suite with double queen box bed measuring 2.00m x 1.60m, two guest rooms, one with a double box bed measuring 1.90m x 1.40m and another with treliche containing 3 single beds measuring 1.90m x 0.90m each and toilet), social bathroom, American kitchen, service area, TVs in all environments, air conditioning and fans ceiling in the living room and bedrooms, Wi-Fi and large balcony with access to the living room and 2 bedrooms.

In the common areas, the building offers guests the following leisure and services: heated pool, barbecue, party room, equipped gym room, games room, toy library, steam and dry saunas, living space, Wi-Fi, filtered water, 2 parking spaces for vehicles of walking and services of beach (6 chairs, parasol and coffee table).

CONDITIONS

01 - Minimum rental, 3 nights.
02 - I do not rent for "TURMAS", only family. Please do not insist.
03 - Maximum 7 people, including children.
04 - The lease will only be effective after signing the contract and proof of identity and address between the parties involved (lessor and lessee).
05 - The rental of barbecue (R $ 100.00) or the ballroom (R $ 150.00) are not included in the rental agreement or the quote made through the site. It depends on availability and must be booked by the building's concierge when entering the property.
06 - No animal of any size or species is allowed.
07 - Bed and bath linen are not provided (only mattresses and pillows with covers).
08 - Upon delivery of the keys will be made the inspection and if there is no damage to the property or its furniture and utensils the amount of the deposit, if any, will be returned to the lessee via bank transfer.
09 - The time of entry is from 12:00 and the departure until 14:00.
10 - Some of the bedroom wardrobes and the utility room locker are locked and not available to renters. The available parts are sufficient to guard your belongings.
