The apartment is a find in Guarujá, on the beach of Enseada, there are more than 180m² of great comfort, it is one block from the beach, in the same street as the Hotel Casa Grande which in addition to convenience, offers even more security.
With a large kitchen (fully equipped), air conditioning in 3 bedrooms and the living room, you will be able to enjoy a lot of convenience.
TV room (with cable TV so you don't miss any of your favorite shows) integrated with the dining room, you, your family and your friends will want to stay a little longer.
If you need the apartment has a laundry area with washing machine.
We have two parking spaces and beach chairs.

Apartamento bom e bem localizado, porem o ar condicionado de 1 quarto e o da sala esta funcionando somente a função ventilador, a função gelar não esta funcionando, demais estruturas do apartamento estão conforme anunciadas. Gostei.

Se trata de um apartamento muito bom, excelente localização, grande e muito confortável….. O zelador Alex é muito bacana e atencioso, as duas vagas cobertas são ótimas e hj em dia é difícil de encontrar. O elevador é novo e o acesso é ótimo e tbm tem acesso para cadeirantes. Chuveiros dos banheiros tbm são ótimos e tem água quente até na torneira da cozinha. Resumindo, voltaremos com ctz.

Ótima localização, decoração de muito bom gosto, capricho nos cuidados com as acomodações. Banheiros em todos os quadros. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Alex. Amei e recomendo pra todos que querem um descanso agradável
