2 Bedroom Oceanfront Luxury Condo steps to beach
Feel the sand beneath your toes at this oceanfront retreat and enjoy having the Pacific ocean be your front yard and playground.
We are here to personalize your vacation and are happy to help with restaurant, activity and shopping recommendations.
This remodeled 1500 square foot oceanfront luxury condo has breathtaking views and is just steps to sand. Elegantly decorated with whitewater views from the living room and bedroom with amazing large outdoor living and dining areas. Complex is gated and secure.
Walking distance to the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds and Racetrack, Cedros design district and many excellent restaurants.
All the amenities and comforts of home: Brand new 75 inch flat screen HDTV in living room and large flat screen in bedroom, high speed wireless internet. Brand new memory foam king bed in master with luxurious linens, king bed in the second bedroom, and full kitchen with Keurig coffee station for that mandatory fresh coffee while breathing in the ocean breeze.
Walk directly down the path to take a dip in the oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, or take a short walk to the beach.
Centrally located with less than 30 minute drive to Legoland, Sea World, the amazing San Diego Zoo, Downtown Gaslamp district and Ballpark. Grocery stores, movie theater and shopping within 5 miles.
Absolutely No pets and No Smoking.
In unit full size washer and dryer.
Underground, covered parking spaces (2) and guest parking.
Also provided with the condo are boogie boards, beach chairs, bed linens, bath and beach towels.

1. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom only although if the door is left open it will cool the main room as well for the rare instances when AC is even needed.
2. This condo is located in a quiet complex and is only suitable for quieter groups.
3. Absolutely no smoking or pets.
4. Start up supplies of paper goods are supplied. For guests staying longer than one week, you will need to purchase additional products for your use.

Stayed here for a national soccer tournament. The location is incredible. We feel asleep listening the waves and spend the morning on the deck overlooking the Pacific. The beach is literally right out the back door. Condo was in good order and phenomenally well equipped and appointed. We were able to eat in for many meals as the kitchen is fully stocked. Owner made check-in super easy and was courteous and responsive every step of the way. Would highly recommend and will certainly return if we end up coming back.

This is a spectacular, very well kept oceanfront condo. Location could not be better, it is literally a 5 min walk to Fletcher's Cove Beach and a 10 min walk to Cedros Avenue with lots of nice cafes and shops. The condo as such has all appliance you would need, it is in great shape and has a huge balcony from which you can watch the Pacific ocean. We were very happy here, Damon is a great host and was very responsive in relation to any questions we had.

My husband and I got to spend a week at this fabulous Surfsong condo on the ocean front in Solana Beach. The views were incredible and we sat for hours and enjoyed the spacious outdoor living area. The unit itself is fully stocked with everything you need and the location is a dream. The massive TV was such a bonus for watching sports. The photos cant even match the actual beauty of this condo. There is easy access to many excellent restaurants.. The owners could not have been more helpful from the very beginning. Damon answered all my questions and was super clear with entry instructions and responded immediately to our texts. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this condo for any ocean lover. We will be back soon!
